At Vicus Water, we are committed to delivering a premium wellness experience through our restructured Canadian spring water. Each bottle reflects our dedication to quality, scientific integrity, and customer well-being. Our return and satisfaction policy is designed to be transparent and supportive, while upholding the highest standards of product safety and care.

First Order Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that trying something new is a personal decision. If you are not satisfied with your first order of Vicus Water, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery. This guarantee applies only to your first case (6-pack), and no return is required. We ask that you share your feedback with us to help improve our customer experience.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or compromised in any way, please notify our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

General Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not require the return of any product. If you are dissatisfied with your order or believe there has been an error, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will assess your request and offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

This policy applies to unopened products and excludes subscription orders, which are handled separately. We do not request the return of opened or used items under any circumstance.

Subscription Orders

Subscriptions are non-refundable once an order has shipped. However, you may cancel or pause future shipments at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team. First-time subscription orders may be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee.
